Refund Request Process

To request a refund, please contact your assigned consultant directly. Refund requests must be submitted within five (5) calendar days from the date of your official transaction (purchase of service). Requests made beyond this timeframe will not be eligible for a full refund.

Refund Eligibility & Terms

Once we receive your request, our refunds team will review your case and notify you of the decision. Refunds are subject to the following guidelines based on the service type:

• Marketing Services – If fulfillment has begun, the service is non-refundable.
• Publishing Assistance Services:
  • If the manuscript file has been submitted but no layout or formatting work has started, a 100% refund is available (excluding installment surcharges).
  • If the manuscript is in production, you are eligible for a 50% refund (excluding installment surcharges).
  • If the manuscript has reached the third round of layout, interior, or cover revisions, only a 30% refund will be granted (excluding installment surcharges).

Processing Your Refund

If your refund is approved, we will initiate the reimbursement to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your card issuer’s policies.
